Q. How to order?.
Ans. Ordering items , packages and/or services at Mister Balloon is very easy.All you need to do is send us an Email, or message at Facebook, or a text message or a give us a Phone Call and we will assess if we can cater the needed packages , items and/or services.We require at least 50% partial payment (but we prefer full payment) to confirm the booking.All unpaid orders are marked as "on-going talks" in our database. To pay for your order/booking please visit our Shop Located in Defence Road in front of Al Reem Island Bridge or you can deposit in our Account which more convenient for you.
Q. What are the payment term?.
Ans. There will be a 50% down payment before we make the order and the final payment will be made a day before the event. An easier option would be to pay full payment to avoid the hassle.
Q. How long you can make a helium Balloons?.
Ans. It takes less than 1 hour it depend to the Balloon quantity.
Q. Do you accept rush order?.
Ans. Yes, It is subject to availability of time and staff but we always encourage our customer to order/book earlier to avoid rush.
Q. Do you sell Pack of Balloon (not inflated)?.
Ans. Yes , we sell pack of balloon 100's in different colors and prints.
Q. Do you deliver?.
Ans. Yes we have delivery transportation charge will apply.
Q. Do you accept Card transaction?.
Ans. Yes we accept card transaction.
Q. Can i cancel the order?.
Ans. Cancellation of order is not possible when the order has done.
