DELIVERY POLICY
Misterballoonuae.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. The multiple delivery / shipments may result in multiple postings to the Cardholder's monthly statement.
DELIVERY / SHIPMENT
Misterballoonuae.com offers the balloon arrangements delivery to Abu Dhabi, UAE. We also offer same day delivery services to all the clients. Our balloon Artist/Designer team creates stunning and amazing arrangements that will surely enhance the mood of the receivers.
POLICY OF MULTIPLE DELIVERY / SHIPMENT
Multiple delivery of our products will be carefully managed by our delivery professional team and each product will be covered and wrapped separately to insure the quality of the shipment and to deliver the balloon to the destination point in a good condition, but we cannot guarantee timely deliveries. We really appreciate the endurance of our customers.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
SHIPPING AND AVAILABILITY
Q1. Where we deliver?
A: accept orders from Abu Dhabi only and deliver to Abu Dhabi City, UAE.
Q2. When do we deliver?
A: We do not offer any fixed delivery time. Orders can be delivered at any time between 9a.m. to 10p.m.
Q3. What are the delivery charges?
A:
1.1 Inside abu dhabi city - 50 aed
1.2 Outside abu dhabi city - 100 aed
1.3 Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman - 300 aed
Q4. How do we deliver?
A: Our Local delivery professional team will deliver the balloons to the destination point.
Q5. Can I change my order information?
A: You can contact us at: misterballoonuae.com or call us on +971 (0) 55 798 2893 or +971 (0) 2 644 3100 and look for leen reposo, to make changes in your order information.
Q6. Was my order delivered?
A: All customers will automatically get a mail from our side after the confirmation of their order. They will also get a confirmation mail within 6 hours after order has been placed.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Q1. What are the steps to place the order online?
A: Follow the below steps to place an order online:
1. Pick any Balloon and packages arrangement of your choice.
2. Hit on “Buy Now” and then on "Add to Cart"
3. Now, hit on "Proceed to check out". (To add more stuff, click on the option “Add more products”. In case you want to add further products, follow the same procedure. And then, hit on "proceed to checkout"
4. Fill up the sender and receiver’s details (Abu Dhabi Only). You can also write a message before choosing a delivery date. Now, Select Payment option and click on the Submit Button (Before clicking on submit button Please read our disclaimer to avoid any inconvenience later on).
5. Preview the details of your order before clicking on the Confirm Button.
6. Fill your all payment details accurately on the secure payment page displayed after confirming order and then click on "Submit".
7. Order confirmation mail will be send to you only after receiving the order and payment.
BILLING INFORMATION
Q1. What are billing details?
A: Billing details can be defined as the details of the payment. For instance, if a person is paying through Credit Card then he/she is supposed to give the required information like Credit Card Holder Name, Address, Email ID, and others.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
Q1. My order was not delivered as requested.
A: We have high volume during the peak holidays*, and ask customers to go with a flexible delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries. We deliver all the orders between 9 a.m.to 10 p.m. Our specially selected balloon artist make every effort to place deliveries on time, but we cannot guarantee timely deliveries. We really appreciate the endurance of our customers.
* Peak holidays include: National day, Valentine’s day, Christmas and New Year.
Q2. How I can make changes in my order?

Q3. Was my order delivered?
A: All customers will automatically get a mail from our side after the confirmation of their order. They will also get a confirmation mail within 6 hours after order has been placed.
REFUND POLICY
In case the customers find anything wrong with the product, they can certainly complain for it. Our customer service staff will look into the matter and provide the appropriate solution to resolve the issue.
• We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's a good news: We accept returns within five (5) days of purchase (AKA the date listed to your receipt) for most item in good condition.
• If the customer cancels the order 1 day before the delivery date, he/she is entitled to get a full refund.
• The order can be cancelled anytime but full refund will be entitled only if it is done 1 day before the delivery date.
• If a customer finds anything wrong with the quality of the product, we will verify it. In case, we find the same, the product will be replaced or the customer will be entitled a full reimbursement.
• Mail us at leen@misterballoonuae.com with your details like order number and delivery date to complaint about the quality and services.
• You can't just return inflated balloons, unopen pack, Damage or altered in any way.
• Compensation will be given after discussing with the Company Management.
